Shop online and collect your order for free at our Kirkcaldy store!

Head to the back of our Home Department, right beside Café Fresco. 

🔄 Online Returns? No problem! 

You can return online purchases at the same collection point during opening hours. 

How It Works: 

1. Order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. 

2. Wait for confirmation – We’ll email you when your order is ready.  If in stock it will be ready to collect within 2 hrs!

3. Pick up at your convenience – No queues, no fuss! 

Open: 10am – 4.30pm Mon–Fri, Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm

What to bring when collecting your order:

Please make sure you bring a piece of identification, i.e. driving license or bank card used. You may want to bring an extra person to assist you carrying products (as staffing levels can vary).

Can someone collect for me:

Yes, if you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, they need to bring the confirmation email along with their own photo ID.
