Furniture items are currently delivered within a 50 mile radius of our Kirkcaldy Store from £25 -  £120.  This fee includes our White Glove service to include all furniture assembly required ( not including bed frames ) and disposal of packaging.

For furniture items we provide an estimate lead time on the product page.  Once your order has been placed a member of the team will be in touch with up to date information and arrange a delivery date.

Terms & Conditions: Black Friday In-Store Gift Card Offer

Spend £50 Online, Get a £20 In-Store Gift Card

To celebrate Black Friday, we're offering a special thank you gift for every online order over £50.

1. The Offer
From Thursday, 27th November to Sunday, 30th November 2025, when you spend £50 or more (before shipping) in a single online transaction, you will receive a physical £20 Gift Card to spend in our physical store.

2. How It Works

· This offer is not automatic at checkout. Our team will manually review all orders placed during the promotional period.
· If your order qualifies, we will email you to confirm your eligibility and to verify your postal address.
· Your physical £20 Gift Card will be posted to you within 14 days of the promotion ending. Please allow time for delivery.

3. Eligibility & Exclusions

· The £50 minimum spend is calculated on the merchandise subtotal, before shipping costs, taxes, or discounts are applied.
· The purchase of gift cards does NOT count towards the £50 minimum spend.
· This offer is only valid on online orders placed during the promotional period.

4. Using Your £20 In-Store Gift Card

· The gift card is a physical card that must be presented in person at our store.
· It can only be used for purchases in our physical store and cannot be used online.
· It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
· No change will be given if the total purchase is less than the £20 value, but the remaining balance can be used on a future in-store purchase.

5. Important Return & Refund Policy

· The £20 Gift Card is a promotional bonus granted on the condition of a qualifying purchase.
· If you return your original online order (or part of it, bringing the total below £50), the £20 Gift Card will be voided.
· If you have already used the £20 Gift Card and then process a return for your original online order, the value of the gift card (£20) will be deducted from your monetary refund.

6. General

· We reserve the right to cancel the £20 Gift Card if we believe it was obtained improperly.
· We are not responsible for gift cards lost in the mail after dispatch. Please contact us if you have not received your card within 21 days of our eligibility confirmation email.
· This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
· We reserve the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
