We want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

📦 Standard Delivery

All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, starting from £5.99 with full tracking. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

📍 Free Click & Collect

Prefer to collect? Order online and pick up for free from our Kirkcaldy store. Your collection point is in the Home Department, next to Café Fresco.

•     Same day collection on in-stock items ordered before 2pm

•     Next day if ordered after 2pm

🚚 Furniture Delivery

Furniture is delivered within a 50-mile radius of our Kirkcaldy store, with delivery charges from £25–£120. Every furniture delivery includes our White Glove service — full assembly included (excluding bed frames) and all packaging removed. Once your order is placed, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your delivery date.

🪑 Large Item Delivery

Some large items may be delivered via pallet due to their size, weight, or fragility. The delivery company may leave the pallet with you to dispose of. Please ensure you have checked all dimensions and that the item will fit your space before ordering. Large item deliveries are handled by our third-party logistics couriers.

🏠 Made to Order & Tailored Items

Made to order items, or items where two or more variables have been specified (such as colour and size), are usually delivered within 3–6 weeks. Please double check all sizes and colours before placing your order, as orders cannot be refunded beyond three days of placement. Please also ensure you have measured all access routes and doorways.

•     Made-to-measure curtains and blinds cannot be returned unless faulty

•     Wallpaper: please purchase enough in a single order as batch numbers may vary if reordering later

📋 Delivery Acceptance

Please be prepared to accept delivery at any point within the quoted lead time. We are unable to expedite or delay suppliers once an order has been placed. If you have any restrictions on delivery times, please let us know at the point of purchase. Failure to accept delivery may result in additional storage charges.

🏴 Scottish Highlands & Islands Surcharge

Due to carrier restrictions, an additional £25 surcharge applies to orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes listed below. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship made to order furniture to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or the Isle of Man.
